I want to share something simple that turned into a whole encouragement moment for me this morning.

I went to Sally’s to grab a base coat and top coat for my nails. They were out of the brand I actually love — Kiss — so I settled for NailBoo even though I knew I didn’t really care for it. But it was the only option on the shelf, and I needed something, so I grabbed it.

When I got home and used the NailBoo top coat, it confirmed exactly what I already knew. The consistency was basically water. Thin. Weak. No coverage. Meanwhile, Kiss is thicker, protective, and actually coats the nail the way a top coat should.

And right there, it hit me:

Some brands are loud and popular, but the quality is mediocre. Some brands are high-quality and genuinely good, but they’re not loud, so people don’t know…
